Shipping & Return Policy

1. Processing Time All items are handmade with care and attention to detail. Processing times may vary and are listed on individual product pages. We strive to create and ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

2. Shipping Method Orders are shipped via a third-party carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our hands and is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage.

3. Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy At Olivia Grace Handmade Goods, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, we offer the following policy:

4.1. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit We accept requests for exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for items that are: • Unused and in their original condition.• Returned with all original packaging and tags. • Not custom or personalized orders (see section 4.3). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or process an exchange for an item of equal value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oliviagrace.ca with clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.

4.3. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or exchanges for: • Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made specifically to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged. • Minor Variations: As our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or stitching are inherent and contribute to their unique charm. These are not considered defects. • Wear and Tear or Misuse: Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange. Each concern is handled with care and fairness on a case-by-case basis. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we will always strive to find a fair solution.
